Previous Customer Agreement (ended April 2007)

This previous agreement was between Steve Dickson T/A Madjab Promotions (being the registered business and trader ) and the customer (being the person or persons commiting to the purchase of goods or services as advertised through this web site).

Method of Payment

The customer shall agree to the payment of such ordered stock at the price quoted on this web site, by credit or debit card via the secured link - this is the only method accepted for all payments.All such submissions shall be subject to their scrutiny and authorisation by WorldPay, the agreed credit card processing company, whose authority for clearance or otherwise shall be adhered to by Madjab Promotions.

If you purchase any of the goods or services offered online via this website by use of a credit or debit card, you will be within a secure area of our site. The details of such transaction will be transmitted by secure means (SSL - Secure Socket Layer).

Delivery Arrangements

Goods will be despatched as soon as possible after clearance of cheque, credit or debit card, by an appropriate parcel delivery service (this may vary depending on our contract). Please allow 10-14 days for delivery for most items and 28 days for special orders. In the event of any variances, I shall keep you updated on the progress of your order. In most cases, from experience, delivery is often much quicker than this, but cannot be guaranteed.

Refund Policy

All goods are checked for quality before despatch and should reach you, the customer, in good condition. You may return the goods for a replacement or refund, however, you are responsible for the security and the full cost of the return of the goods with their original packaging. In these circumstances, you must return both the goods and their original packaging, otherwise a refund or replacement may be invalid. It is your responsibility as the customer, to ensure that you have selected the appropriate item to purchase from the information provided on this web site. No refunds can be made other than if goods received are damaged. Where a manufacturers guarantee exists, then goods subsequently found to fail, should be forwarded to the appropriate address for repair. All refunds are subject to the deduction of WorldPay refund fees and an appropriate administration fee. Where inappropriate orders are taken outside the UK, all refunds are nett of the WorldPay fees and an appropriate administration fee.This notice does not affect your statutory rights.
