Lawn Care products

Included in this section of lawn care tools a super lawn shear, a lawn border shear, a lawn edging iron which is built for heavy duty work including one with wooden handles in a victorian style. All these English made garden tools are made from high quality steel for that keener edge. I also list tools to aerate and spike the lawn. These are push machines and hand piercing tools which remove the soil or leave a spike hole (they work best when the lawn is not baked hard dry). Along with the lawn spiker, lawn aerator and hollow tine tools is an excellent lawn scarifier to remove moss and debris. Once all the rubbish has been taken out, there are even tools for collecting and lifting to save you bending such as the excellent Sorby & Hutton leaf sweeper. I have listed a super grab and jumbo grab as well as a mobile refuse cart which is better than a wheelbarrow on a windy day !

Loppers and other hand tools

These loppers are heavy duty cross cutters with heads welded into steel tubular handles. There is also a toggle action lopper available with a 3:1 ratio for maximum cutting load. All are made from fully hardened and tempered high carbon steel which are then machine ground to a fine edge.

Other hand tools include carbon or stainless steel hand fork, hand trowel, patio knife, onion hoe, flower bed hoe, daisy grubber and hand rake. I also list an excellent range of hedging shears fitted with rosewood handles and plated ferule.
