The Community Farming Marquee will be an essential stop off for anyone interested in growing their own fruit and veg. or looking for advice on composting their garden waste.

A range of small farm animals in the care of Bath City Farm;
There is plenty to keep people occupied and entertained with bands, dancers and stilt walkers. Visitors will even be able to enjoy a traditional afternoon tea in the refreshments tent at the Bath Flower Show 2010.

The show was open from 10am-5.30pm each day. Tickets were available on the gate: adults £7.50, senior citizens, concessions and unaccompanied children £5, accompanied children under 16, free. There was a 50p discount on production of Residents’ Discovery Card. Group discounts were also available. Contact 01225 394041 or visit www.bathnes.gov.uk/bathspringflowershow to find out more.

The Bath Flower Show 2010 takes place in the beautiful Royal Victoria Park, which also contains one of the best children's playgrounds in the West Country and a nine acre Botanic Garden (both free). Most of the Show will be under cover in large marquees. Many of the traders in the Main Floral Marquee are Chelsea gold medal winners and therefore, the Show offers an ideal opportunity for people to stock up on plants for the summer from top class Nurserymen.

The Floral Art Marquee is most certainly a must when visiting the Bath Flower Show, the entries will continue to delight all visitors. There is likely to be an excellent choice of crafts with some demonstrating, and a Horticultural Sundries Marquee. There is plenty for the family to see and do with an excellent Children’s Play Tent and a Crèche.

The city centre, with the world famous Roman Baths and wonderful array of shops, is only a 15 minute walk away.

Entrance to the Bath Flower Show 2010 itself costs around £8.00 for adults and £5.00 for OAPs. Accompanied children under 16 are admitted free. For parties of 20 or more, booked and paid for in advance (use the enclosed form), a discount of 20% is available. The coach can set down and collect at Weston Road (within 100 yards of the Show entrance). Unfortunately, they have no facilities for coach parking in Royal Victoria Park, but Avon Street Coach Park is available if required. Drivers are asked to show some consideration when parking to pick up passengers, so that the normal traffic flow is not affected.
